Ready To Wear Collection Terms and Conditions
By ordering your Ready To Wear Wedding Flowers with us, you therefore agree to the following terms and conditions:
Your flowers will be selected within your chosen colour palette based on seasonal availability, specific flower varieties unfortunately cannot be chosen or requested.
We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for you to order your ready to wear wedding flowers. A full refund on your flowers can be made up to 14 days prior to your wedding date. After this period your flower order will be non-refundable.
Postponements will only be accepted up to 14 days prior to your wedding date. Once postponed, cancellations will not be accepted and therefore no refunds will be issued. Postponed weddings can only be postponed further.
When your wedding flowers leave our workshop, they will be beautiful, fresh and in perfect condition. If you or a member of your bridal party are collecting your flowers from us, they will become your responsibility the moment they leave the workshop and it will be your job to care for them and show them as much love as we give all of our wedding flowers. We do not accept responsibility on any flowers after leaving the workshop.
Upon collection, we will require a signed disclaimer to confirm that your order is complete and your flowers are in optimum condition. If you are collecting the day before, a care guide will be included to help you look after your flowers until your big day.
If there are any issues with your flowers after delivering, we must be notified within 30 minutes from the delivery in order for the problem to be rectified accordingly. Refunds will not be given for any issues stated after your wedding day.
